1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through The Sugar Shindig website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products
All products are sold as custom Pick & Mix confectionery unless otherwise stated. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, shape, and mix ratios may occur.
3. Pick & Mix Selection Limits

500g Pouch: Maximum of 5 lolly types

1kg Pouch: Maximum of 10 lolly types

2kg Pouch: Maximum of 20 lolly types
If fewer than the maximum selection is chosen, The Sugar Shindig will complete the remaining weight using a selection of our best-selling lollies.
4. Substitution Policy
If a selected lolly is unavailable, The Sugar Shindig reserves the right to substitute it with a similar lolly of equal or greater value.
5. Weight Accuracy
A tolerance of ±5% may occur during packing and is considered acceptable.
6. No Changes After Order Confirmation
All confirmed orders are final and cannot be changed, edited, or cancelled after payment.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable). Full payment is required at checkout.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Processing & Shipping
Orders require 1–3 business days for processing prior to dispatch. This timeframe is separate from shipping times, which are determined by Australia Post once your order has been sent.
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. The Sugar Shindig is not liable for courier delays once items leave our premises.
9. Shelf-Life & Storage
Customers are responsible for proper storage once goods are delivered.
10. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if required by Australian Consumer Law.
11. Allergies & Dietary Information
All products may contain or come into contact with allergens including but not limited to gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, and gelatine. Customers purchase at their own discretion. Please see Allergy Information page for more.

13. Heat & Melt Disclaimer
Due to the nature of confectionery products, some lollies may be sensitive to heat and may soften, melt, or change shape during transit, particularly in warmer weather.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this risk. The Sugar Shindig is not responsible for any melting, sweating, or texture changes caused by heat exposure once the order has been dispatched. We do not offer refunds or replacements for heat-related changes, as this is outside of our control.
Customers are encouraged to select express shipping during warm periods and ensure parcels are brought inside promptly upon delivery.
